Southside Trail

A brief connector within the Lake Wilderness Network, this segment runs just under half a kilometer before its maintained tread gives way. The NYSDEC-managed route is reported to be abandoned northwest of the Southside/WolfJaw guidepost, where the formal trail corridor ends and the path becomes indistinct. What remains serves chiefly as a historical trace rather than a through route, its utility limited to those already familiar with the surrounding network.
