Short Job Trail.

This 0.3-mile connector gains 292 feet in a hurry, making it one of the steeper pitches per mile in the High Peaks. The name fits: you'll finish the climb in under 20 minutes if you keep moving. It's a leg-burner, not a stroll, but the ground surface stays manageable and the grade never forces you to scramble. Use it to link routes on Upper Wolfjaw, not as a destination.
