Mount Arab Trail.
Mount Arab Trail is a short, 0.4-mile ascent to a fire tower summit in the northwestern Adirondacks, making it one of the region's more accessible tower climbs. The steep but brief route gains elevation quickly through mixed forest before breaking out onto open rock near the top. The restored cab offers 360-degree views that reward the effort, and the trailhead lies off Conifer Road south of Tupper Lake.
