North View Point Trail.

A tenth of a mile is barely a trail at all, but that's the point. North View Point gets you from the trailhead to a lookout in about 100 paces, making it the go-to when you want a view without the vertical. The ground path is short enough that condition hardly matters. Perfect for stretching your legs between drives or convincing a reluctant companion that not all Adirondack trails require an ice axe and a will.
