§ The Trails · Great Sacandaga Lake

Marina Trail.

This 1.2-mile trail at Mud Lake is as flat as Adirondack hiking gets—46 feet of gain over the whole route. You'll finish in under 40 minutes on the ground surface, making it the right call for a morning warm-up or an evening walk when you've already paddled all day. Easy enough for kids who complain, short enough that nobody has an excuse to skip it.
