The kitchen runs a tight ten-item menu, all made to order with nothing pre-cooked. The steakhouse side leans on hand-cut, in-house steaks grilled to order; the seafood side runs shrimp scampi, the filet paired with a small lobster tail and scallops that returning guests order by name, and the rotating fresh-catch program. Non-meat options run through the menu rather than being a side concession.
