Located on Indian Lake, surrounded by New York State Forest Preserve, Timberlock has operated as a family camp since 1899. It stands among a small group of Adirondack camps with over a century of continuous operation under the same family-oriented model.

Lakeside recreation includes canoes, swimming, and other Indian Lake water activities, complemented by hiking on surrounding Forest Preserve trails. Family meals are communal, often enjoyed on the historic open-air dining porch offering sweeping views of the lake. The camp operates during the summer season, typically from June through Labor Day.
