Clintonville Pine Barrens Trail

This short trail loops through the Clintonville Pine Barrens, a rare pitch pine-scrub oak community in the northeastern Adirondacks. At under a mile, it's an accessible introduction to a globally uncommon ecosystem shaped by thin soils and periodic fire.
