About Saranac Juice.
State Route 3 in Bloomingdale, between Saranac Lake and the Bloomingdale Bog trail. Saranac Juice operates out of Saranac River Ranch, which makes the operation unusual on this side of the park: a working farm producing the inputs for its own juice line rather than buying produce wholesale.
The product line is cold-pressed using a Goodnature X-1 hydraulic press and a Hummingbird Pro XL, both rated for preserving vitamins and minerals at higher concentrations than centrifugal juicers. Juices are raw, unpasteurized, and preservative-free, with seven-day refrigerated shelf life and 90-day frozen shelf life. The cleanse line runs 1-day, 3-day, and 5-day options. The signature 3-day cleanse rotates Strong Greens, Master Cleanse, Roots and Fruits, Bee Kind, Sweet Greens, and Almond Mylk.
Produce comes off the farm first, with local orchards and neighboring Adirondack farms filling in seasonally. Off-season produce that won't grow here comes from organic distributors with vetted standards. Pick up orders at the Farm Shop at the Barn on State Route 3 in Saranac Lake. A second pickup point runs at Hotel Saranac in the village. Best for visitors on a cleanse-week routine and for renters who want real juice rather than what the grocery store carries.
