About Hotel Saranac.
Hotel Saranac opened in 1927 and is listed on the **National Register of Historic Places**. The property runs a modern boutique-resort operation inside a preserved 1920s hotel — the Great Hall lobby is original, the guest rooms are renovated with their 1920s character intact.
**On property:** the **Campfire** restaurant, the **Great Hall Bar** (the soul of the property, with the Adirondack-camp fireplace), and **The Terrace**. Part of **Hilton's Curio Collection**.
