About Bitters & Bones.
Saranac Lake's only downtown brewery, restaurant, and bar operates seven days a week. Breakfast is served from 8 AM to 11 AM, with lunch and dinner available from 11 AM to 9:30 PM, extending to 10 PM on Fridays and Saturdays. The bar welcomes guests from 8 AM until Midnight. The establishment offers craft beer brewed on-site, fresh local cuisine, and craft cocktails.
The venue includes rooftop decks and dining areas with views of the brewery. It also provides private event spaces designed to host between 10 and 100 guests, offering a distinct setting within the Adirondacks. Bitters & Bones was established in 2015 by two brothers and a friend who returned to their Saranac Lake hometown, maintaining a focus on their community roots.
The menu features a variety of options across breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Examples of dishes include Beef Pho, Steak Frites, PBJ Burgers, street tacos, falafel gyros, and different wing preparations. Craft beer, brewed upstairs, is served downstairs, and crowlers are available for purchase.
