Florence Pond Road.
A 1.3-mile unpaved road runs straight to Florence Pond, open to hikers and horses alike. The surface is firm enough for hooves, which makes it one of the few trails in the region where you can ride in without bushwhacking. It's direct, no-nonsense access—you walk or ride in, you reach the pond. If you want water without switchbacks or rock scrambles, this is the route.
