Fletcher Trail.

This 0.6-mile trail near Sand Pond gains just 48 feet, which makes it one of the flattest walks in the region and a solid choice if you're breaking in a horse or testing your legs after a long drive. The 19-minute estimate is generous. It's open to horseback riding, so expect hoof prints and the occasional muddy stretch. Go for the easy mileage, not the views.
