The Cottage at Mirror Lake Inn

The Cottage Restaurant and Cafe offers a casual dining experience directly on the shore of Mirror Lake. Guests can enjoy views of the Adirondack High Peaks while choosing from a menu featuring food and drink options sourced locally from the Lake Placid region. The atmosphere is described as a fun place to gather year-round. Seating at the cafe is on a first-come, first-served basis, and reservations are not accepted. During peak times, a text notification waitlist is available for guests to be notified when a table becomes open. For health and safety, UV-C filters have been integrated into the HVAC systems to cleanse recirculated air. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner Sunday, Tuesday through Thursday from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Friday and Saturday from 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM. It is closed on Mondays. Patrons can also order food to-go online.
