About ADK Food Hub.
Park Street in Tupper Lake, walkable from downtown. The market half runs year-round: pantry staples, bulk bins, the deli case, and a rotating selection of local provisions that actually rotate (strawberries in June, cherry tomatoes in August, squash in October). The eatery half scales up with the harvest.
The summer move is the buffet and salad bar, open roughly late June through mid-October, pulling from the affiliated Whitten Family Farm a few miles away. Gluten-free, plant-based, and vegan options are marked clearly on the line, which is rarer in this part of the park than it should be. Grab-and-go sandwiches and soups are ready all year for paddlers heading out to the Raquette River.
The Sunday Farm House Breakfast in July and August is the booking to plan around. Meal RSVPs are available through the website and worth using on a holiday weekend. Best for Tupper Lake renters and Bog River paddlers who want one stop for the cooler and the lunch.
