Canada Street puts the motel inside the Lake George Village walking footprint, which means dinner, ice cream, and arcade fixes happen on foot. The private beach is the part that separates Park Lane from the rest of the Canada Street motels: actual sand, actual frontage, not a borrowed access point a block away.

Guest dock slips are available if you trailer in a small boat. For everyone else, the motel keeps a complimentary fleet of pedal boats, paddleboards, kayaks, and canoes for guest use, which is the cheapest way to get on Lake George without paying a marina rental rate. Two-pool setup with kid-side programming (popcorn, poolside movies, snow cones).

The one practical catch: one parking space per room, because lakefront in the village means there's no room to expand the lot. Best for families who want lake access plus walkable village convenience in the same booking. Sunrise is the better light here than sunset; the lake faces east.
