The Inn on Lake Champlain - Adirondack Farmstay B&B.

The Inn on Lake Champlain is a historic Adirondack farmstay B&B occupying 440 acres of farmland above Lake Champlain in Putnam Station — about thirty minutes north of Ticonderoga. The inn is the public-facing piece of one of the region's largest grass-based farming and wilderness preservation projects, with proceeds supporting organic farming and the rehabilitation of antique buildings on the property.

Four guest bedrooms are each appointed with en-suite bathrooms, 600-thread-count cotton bedding, two parlors, a formal dining room, and a wraparound porch. The grounds include extensive outdoor seating with lake views.

Breakfast is the property's signature: served at 8 a.m. each day, farm-to-table, with home-roasted organic coffee, homemade granola, hot oatmeal with toppings, fresh-baked bread, homemade preserves, eggs to order, and house-made pastries. The working farm includes horses, cows, and chickens — and horseback riding is offered as a guest experience, which is rare among Adirondack inns at this price point.
