Main Street, Warrensburg, on the corridor between Lake George and the Schroon Lake exit. The kitchen runs a deliberate slow-food posture in a town that mostly does diner-and-pizza: plates made to order, no fryer-only menu, and a small staff that means a busy Saturday will not be a fast turnaround. The menu reads American grill with a few signatures. The Philly Smash Stack, Smokehouse Nachos, and the steak and chicken plates run the regular rotation.
