About Bound By Fate Brewing.
This family-owned and operated farm brewery and taproom is situated in the historic village of Schuylerville, NY, conveniently located just east of Saratoga along the Hudson River. It offers a welcoming atmosphere for locals and visitors alike.
The taproom features a selection of craft beers brewed on-site, complemented by a pub-style menu that puts a New York State twist on classic pub food. Guests can enjoy a variety of drinks and food options in a relaxed setting.
Seating is available on a first-come, first-serve basis, as the brewery does not take reservations. Dogs are welcome on the outdoor deck and in other outdoor spaces.
The kitchen operates Wednesday 4pm - 8pm, Thursday 4pm - 8pm, Friday 4pm - 8pm, Saturday 12pm - 8pm, and Sunday 12pm - 4pm. The bar and taproom are open Wednesday 4pm - 9pm, Thursday 4pm - 9pm, Friday 3pm - 9pm, Saturday 12pm - 9pm, and Sunday 12pm - 5pm. The brewery is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
