About The Stony Creek Inn & Restaurant.
This Adirondack establishment in Stony Creek has provided dining, music, and lodging for over 150 years. Located in the southern Adirondack mountains, it is within a half-hour drive of Lake George and the Gore Mountain Region. Owners Dot Bartell and John Fickel have maintained its friendly atmosphere for 35 years.
The restaurant offers a diverse menu from lite fare to full dinners, including burgers, platters, and salads. Dinner selections feature steaks, seafood, and chicken and pork cutlets, alongside daily specials. Meals are cooked to order.
Live music is a central feature, attracting musicians performing diverse genres. It is the home stage for the Stony Creek Band. Acoustic music is featured on Friday nights, and regional bands with Mexican fare on Sunday nights. Catering services are available on or off-premise for events.
Lodging accommodations include rooms, bunk rooms, a suite, and a studio apartment. Amenities include clean sheets and hot water, with limited cell service and no in-room phones or TVs, providing a rustic experience. Pets are welcome.
