About Jimbo's Club at the Point.
Route 8 on Brant Lake, on a 25-acre peninsula that juts into the lake. Jimbo's Club at the Point operates as both a dining room and a private event venue, with the weddings booking out long stretches of the calendar from late spring through early fall.
The restaurant runs a menu that changes weekly, paired with a wine list that's deeper than the room's size suggests. The dining room itself sits with lake views on multiple sides, which is the actual reason to book here rather than at an inland Brant Lake restaurant. Service is the formal end of the local spectrum.
For weddings, the property holds the ceremony, the reception, and the surrounding photo opportunities on the peninsula, which is the kind of one-address setup couples pay a premium for. The catch for casual diners: any given weekend in summer may be closed for a private event, so call ahead. Best for couples on a non-hiking dinner night and small parties booking the full property.
