About McCauley Mountain Ski Center.
This Adirondack mountain boasts a 633-foot vertical drop with 21 trails, including cruisers, bumps, glades, and challenging double-black diamonds, all up to a mile long. It features a double chairlift, two T-Bar lifts, and rope tows. McCauley has produced three Olympic skiers and receives an average of 281 inches of snowfall annually, supplemented by snowmaking and grooming for over 100 days of skiing. Beyond winter sports, the scenic chairlift operates in the summer and fall, offering opportunities for hiking, biking, and picnicking, with playground areas available. The mountain also hosts wedding and event rentals and provides cross-country ski trails.
