YMCA Camp Chingachgook

This summer camp and outdoor center is situated on Lake George, New York. It is dedicated to fostering a safe and inclusive community where individuals of all ages are inspired to become better stewards of the world. This is achieved through high-quality, engaging outdoor experiences. The center offers a diverse range of programs throughout the year. During the summer, options include overnight camp, adventure trips, day camp, and leadership development programs for youth. Year-round, it provides family programs, outdoor education, and specialized training through the Adirondack Training Institute. Beyond traditional camping, the facility hosts weddings, special events, and retreats, and offers Y-Knot Sailing. As a YMCA, its programs are designed to build a healthy spirit, mind, and body for all participants, aiming to develop personal confidence, social responsibility, and an appreciation for the natural world.
