About Whiteface Lake Placid.
Whiteface Mountain is a prominent New York ski resort offering 90 trails and 11 lifts, renowned for the greatest vertical drop on the East Coast. It is located 13 miles from Lake Placid and is part of the broader Lake Placid Legacy Sites, providing extensive winter activities, including skiing and snowboarding, alongside a variety of services for visitors.
