Located in the Adirondack Mountains near Lake George, Springbrook Hollow Farm Distillery crafts a diverse selection of spirits. The family-built and run facility offers a welcoming atmosphere for visitors to explore their range of handcrafted products. Their new facility is situated at 10047 State Route 149 in Fort Ann, NY. The distillery produces vodka, gin, and moonshine, alongside various whiskeys including straight rye, high rye bourbon, blended straight bourbon, apple, and barrel strength options. They also offer unique spirits like cowboy coffee, limoncello, orange, and maple. Many of their products are available for shipping. Guests can enjoy a beautiful tasting room that serves specialty cocktails made with their spirits, as well as local beer, wine, and cider. Outdoor seating and a firepit provide a relaxed setting. Happy Hour is available Monday through Wednesday from 3 to 5 PM, and Thursday from 3 to 7 PM, featuring specially priced drinks. Springbrook Hollow Farm Distillery invites visitors for tours and tastings to learn about their process and sample their creations.
