Sweet Mimi's Cafe & Bakery

Located in historic Saratoga Springs, Sweet Mimi's Cafe & Bakery has been serving locals and travelers since 2013. The cafe and bakery are open for breakfast and lunch from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm, Thursday through Monday, with Sundays exclusively for brunch. All menu items are available to-go. They also provide catering services for events and parties, along with special orders from their bakery. The establishment does not accept reservations and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Sweet Mimi's has garnered significant accolades, including being named "Best Restaurant Eastern Region" by the New York State Restaurant Association in 2025 and voted #7 best cake shop in the U.S. by USA Today.
