Lemon Tree Brewery is a welcoming brewery and taproom situated in Speculator, NY, just steps from the waters of beautiful Lake Pleasant. They proudly serve their two signature house brews, the SASQUATCH HAZY IPA and the popular BLUEBERRY WHEAT, alongside a rotating selection of local NY State micro-brewed beers. Wines are also available for guests. The brewery provides a fun and relaxed atmosphere with a variety of spaces to enjoy. Indoors, guests can find a tap room with high or low top dining seating, as well as a comfortable leather furniture lounge featuring a gas fireplace. For those who prefer the outdoors, Lemon Tree Brewery offers an inviting area equipped with fire pits, tables, and chairs. An indoor/outdoor garage space further enhances the experience, making it a versatile spot to unwind. Lemon Tree Brewery aims for guests to feel like family, encouraging repeat visits to the Speculator area. Current Fall 2025 hours include Friday 3-9 PM with trivia, Saturday 1-9 PM, and Sunday 1-6 PM with Kick the Keg specials, though Monday through Thursday are temporarily closed.
